Every lead they capture is theirs — they can sell it to whichever contractor pays best. Professional ($299/mo) is the company plan: lead-capture for a roofing contractor's business with the option to add company reps for attribution.

Are measurements actually accurate?

We blend Google's Solar API (which uses LiDAR + photogrammetry on aerial imagery) with RentCast property data, then apply a configurable waste percentage you control from your dashboard. On well-imaged properties accuracy is within 5-8% of EagleView. For complex roofs we surface the raw data so your crew can verify on-site.

Do you charge per measurement like EagleView or Roofr?

No. Unlimited measurements are included in every paid plan. Roofr charges $13-19 per report; EagleView charges $25-75. We charge one flat monthly rate regardless of volume.
