1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RidgeIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

RidgeIQ provides satellite-based roof measurement and price estimation tools for homeowners and roofing contractors. Our measurements are estimates based on available data and should not be used as a substitute for professional on-site inspections.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, RidgeIQ measurements are estimates derived from satellite imagery and public property records. Actual measurements may vary. RidgeIQ is not liable for discrepancies between our estimates and actual roof dimensions.

4. Contractor Subscriptions

Contractors who subscribe to RidgeIQ agree to one of the following plans:

• Professional Plan: $299/month plus a one-time $850 activation fee, or $4,300/year (activation fee included).
• Gutter-Only Plan: $199/month plus a one-time $600 activation fee, or $2,700/year (activation fee included).

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and may be canceled at any time. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use our platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RidgeIQ are owned by RidgeIQ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

RidgeIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
